Return Policy

To ensure a smooth verification process, a clear unboxing video is mandatory for all claims related to:
- Wrong product received
- Damaged product received
- Missing items in the package
- Defective product received
Unboxing Video Requirements
- The video must be recorded from the moment the sealed package is received until it is fully opened.
- The recording must be continuous and without any cuts, pauses, edits, or interruptions.
- The shipping label, outer packaging, and product must be clearly visible throughout the video.
- Any damage, defect, or discrepancy should be clearly shown in the recording.
- Claims submitted without a clear and complete unboxing video may not be eligible for return, replacement, refund, or investigation.
Conditions for Return & Exchange
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition for hygiene and quality reasons.
- Products must be returned with all original tags, labels, accessories, and packaging intact.
- Items without original tags or packaging may not be accepted.
- Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Return or exchange requests raised after the eligible return period will not be accepted.
- Products showing signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or improper handling may not qualify for return or exchange.
Refund Process
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within the applicable processing period.
